Tamaskan BBQ & Dog Show
23rd August in aid of Tamaskan Rescue UK
Hosted by Tamaskan Rescue UK owner in her garden in Cheshire. See the Promotion page for more information
This year we have had two Tamaskan in our rescue scheme. The vet, food bills and collection fees for both dogs have come to more than £300.
The Rescue exists to:
Since the Tamaskan has risen in popularity in the UK we feel that we should be fully prepared for dogs who may need to be re-homed.
Unfortunately this is a small home run rescue facility and we can only re-home Tamaskan Dogs and not dogs that look like Tamaskan. For Husky rescue please visit The Siberian Husky Welfare Association
We do not hold a waiting list but every dog in need of re-homing will be listed on our re-homing page.
Tamaskan Rescue UK is sponsored by Blustag and Blufawn Tamaskan Kennels.

Rescued in 2008
Steel was just 8 months old when he was given to us because his owners couldn't cope with his boisterous nature. Steel was happily re-homed (and re-named, Sol) with new owner Brian Lawson and is doing well.
Lupo, five years old was rescued from a large Utonagan kennel with minor cuts, bruises, a skin condition and a parasite infection. She was also scanned for pregnancy after coming from the puppy mill in season and having a large weight gain in the following weeks (she was not pregnant). Lupo (now Luna) has been re-homed with Tamaskan Rescue owner Jennie.
Please see the Utonagan Society Notice for updates of the case against The Utonagan puppy farm.
Important Notice
Tamaskan Rescue UK does not sell dogs. We ask for a £50 donation to go towards rescuing future Tamaskan dogs, we rely purely on donations to help save lives, rehome dogs and reunite owners with their dogs. Please consider donating to us.
