Success in anything never comes easy you have to work at it, you must form a bond with your Tamaskan and it will do anything, within reason, that you ask of it. I have found that dogs are never happier than when they are with their owner "doing something". It takes at least eighteen months to train a Tamaskan for agility but winning your first class makes it all worthwhile.

Although it is not possible to register your Tamaskan in the UK for working as a 'Tamaskan' (they must be registered as a 'crossbreed') we are hoping that very soon the kennel club will allow us to register under our breed name to give our wonderful breed the oppurtunity to shine in obediance and agility competitions.
